"An extraordinary concert ...

was performed by the 23-year-old accordionist Branko Dzinovic at the provincial cultural centre Ursulinenhof in Linz. The graduate Serb instrumentalist, who won awards in Belgrade, has studied for a year at the "Anton Bruckner Private
University"
in Linz under Alfred Melichar. Dzinovic's performance is a pure demonstration of tone color which he produces artfully by applying an ingenious technique on his instrument. Fully aware of the impression he creates, he arranged for a shaded hall and changing light effects. Sophisticatedly chosen passages of well-known popular music alternated with virtuosic compositions of contemporary master composers from all over the world, such as Astor Piazolla, resulting soon
in a new exotic experience. Without a pause and with lasting suspense."

Neues Volksblatt

"Phantasmagoria

...was the title of a brilliant accordion concert at the Ursulinenhof in Linz: the young Serbian artist Branko Dzinovic, who is a master of finger technique, perfectly handling his accordion and creative in tones, also knows how to visually enchant his audience. In the totally shaded hall, where spotlights in different colors are punctually illuminating his face, hands or the instrument, he sits on the stage like a dangerous active volcano and fulfils the room with his acrobatic pieces. From the 8 composers he interprets, Astor Piazzolla and John Zorn are the most famous. Thunderous applause!"

Kronen Zeitung

"Branko Dzinovic is a very talented young artist. He perfectly handles the accordion and knows how to exploit the full potential of his instrument. Dzinovic has developed a distinctive style and in addition he shows good artistic taste.
He interprets the contemporary composers with enormous pleasure.
Their works offer him a great variety of possibilities to realize his creative ideas."
